本文阐述一种供三相全波可控硅整流桥用的新电流控制器,它为他励式电枢控制直流电动机提供动力以驱动惯性负载。控制器有两种工作方式,一种适用于电动机电枢电流连续的时候,另一种在非连续时用。此外,这种电流控制器还用于直流电动机的速度和位置控制。控制算法是简单的,而且容易在微型计算机上实时地实现。文中给出了一个三马力直流电动机的速度和位置控制电路的模拟结果。用实验方法验证了速度控制器,主要控制任务由一个Motorola M6800微型计算机系统完成。这个控制器是有效的,实验结果完全符合模拟结果。
This article presents a new current controller for a three-phase full-wave thyristor bridge that powers a shunt-controlled armature-controlled dc motor to drive an inertial load. The controller has two kinds of working methods, one is suitable when the motor armature current is continuous and the other one is used discontinuously. In addition, this current controller is also used for DC motor speed and position control. The control algorithm is simple and easy to implement on a microcomputer in real time. The paper gives the simulation results of the speed and position control circuit of a three-horsepower DC motor. Experimental verification of the speed controller, the main control tasks from a Motorola M6800 microcomputer system to complete. This controller is valid and the experimental results exactly match the simulation results.
