建设部办公厅12月10日向今夏遭受洪涝灾害的省区及有关部属院校发出通知,就部属院校对口联系受灾地区灾后重建工作做出安排。通知说,为加强对灾后重建工作的指导,部领导研究决定,由部属院校定期派人到灾区了解情况,帮助工作。要求各院校以高度负责的精神,指定专人,深入灾区,重点了解灾后重建规划设计、建设质量等情况,并于每月月底前向部灾后重建办公室写出书面报告。时间暂定为一年,有关经费由部里给
