我院自1988年1月至1997年9月共收治先天性支气管囊肿患者67例。其中60例经手术病理证实确定诊断,7例根据病史、临床症状、长期X线胸片表现、支气管造影检查等除外其他疾病后确定诊断,现报告如下。 资料与方法 1.一般资料 男36例占53.7％,女31例占46.3％。年龄6～69岁。出现症状年龄<10岁8例,11～20岁14例,21～30岁18例,31～40岁14例,41～50岁8例,>50岁5例。 2.临床症状 咳嗽、咳痰38例占56.7％,咳白痰每日在50ml以下21例,咳脓痰每日50ml以上9
