高职院校毕业生都有将近一年的校外顶岗实习期,实习期间学生仍属在校生,学校对在外实习学生负有管理的责任。如何将学校的各种信息及时传递给学生,如何及时了解学生实习情况都是毕业班辅导员老师的工作内容。本文针对汽车专业毕业生定岗实习的特点,对学生实习期会遇到的问题及解决方法做了探究。
Graduates of higher vocational colleges have nearly one year of off-campus internship period, students are still in school during the internship, the school is responsible for managing students outside the responsibility. How to transfer various kinds of school information to students in time, how to keep abreast of student internships are the contents of the job of graduating class counselors and teachers. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the graduates of automotive graduates internships, the problems encountered during the student internship and solutions to be explored.
