近几年来,以人为本的教育观念逐渐深入人心,初三是学生学习生涯中最重要的一个阶段,在这个重要的阶段如何提高学生的综合成绩,将考试的压力转化为前进的动力,并以平稳的心态看待考试,成为初三各科教师的教学目标和最为关注的话题。作为初三思想品德教师,在新课程改革下,必须转变旧的教学观念,探讨新的教习方法和思路,必须以“三个一切”作为教学宗旨,培养学生的实践能力和创新精神,这样才能提高学生的思想品德成绩,从而达到教学目标。
