一、凸轮磨床及其磨削凸轮的过程凸轮磨床是以切入式靠模法原理进行磨削的。它的布局与外圆磨床相似,只是上工作台(摇架)既能往复摆动,又可随下工作台纵向移动。其工作原理如图1所示。数块靠模串装在头架主轴上,并随主轴一起转动。由于弹簧的拉力,使靠模与异轮始终接触,在转动过程中,靠模驱使摇架产生摆动。工件装在主轴与尾架之间,与靠模同轴等速旋转。通过砂轮的径向切入,对工件进行磨削。在磨削凸轮陡削面时,为使摇架摆动时平稳无冲击,设有缓冲装置。同时,为使工件转速均匀,头架主轴上装有摩擦阻尼装置。凸轮磨床磨削凸轮的过程如图2所示。
