我厂165F柴油机是散热片式高磷铸铁缸套,采用油砂造型,冲天炉熔化铁水,雨淋式顶浇口直立明浇,试制初期,缸套的内壁机加工后出现大量黑色夹杂物,废品率一度高达80%以上.夹杂大多数出现在缸套尾部(浇注时的上部),少数在中部,夹杂面积0.5~3cm~2左右,观察夹杂断口,全是暗黑色,无光泽的粉末.经区域化学分析:夹杂区含硫高达0.132%(图纸要求S<0.10%).进而对试制以来32包铁水含硫量数据按数理统计方法分组,列成
