目的探讨卡介苗纯蛋白衍生物试验(PPD试验)起始年龄为3月龄的必要性。方法对超过3月龄而又未及时接种卡介苗的幼儿在接种前先进行PPD试验,根据结果来接种卡介苗。结果2005年3月至2009年2月中山市人民医院东区防保所156例PPD试验者总阳性率为3.85%,3、6、7、8月龄组的PPD阳性数分别为2、2、1、1例,其余各年龄组均无PPD试验阳性者。有无结核家族史者的PPD试验阳性率之间的差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超过3月龄的儿童无论有无结核病家族史,在接种卡介苗之前应先进行PPD试验。
Objective To investigate the necessity of 3-month-old BCG vaccine derivative test (PPD test). Methods For children over 3 months old who did not receive BCG in time, PPD test was conducted before vaccination, and BCG was inoculated according to the results. Results The total positive rate of PPD in 156 cases from March 2005 to February 2009 in Zhongshan District People’s Hospital was 3.85%. The positive numbers of PPD in 3, 6, 7 and 8 months groups were 2, 1,1 cases, the rest of the age groups were no PPD test positive. There was no significant difference between the positive rate of PPD test in those with family history of tuberculosis (P> 0.05). Conclusions Children with more than 3 months of age, regardless of family history of tuberculosis, should be given a PPD test prior to BCG vaccination.
