血栓性血小板减少性紫疵(TTP),是一组以发热、血小板减少、皮肤粘膜出血,微血管内溶血性贫血,以及神经精神症状和肾脏受损的综合征。TTP 是一种少见病,常无任何诱因,突然发生在原是健康的人,但少数人可以继发于药物中毒或感染。某些病例患有自身免疫性疾病。偶尔与妊娠、产后,或肿瘤有关。
Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) is a group of syndromes characterized by fever, thrombocytopenia, mucocutaneous bleeding, microvascular hemolysisemia, and neuropsychiatric symptoms and kidney damage. TTP is a rare disease, often without any incentive, suddenly occurred in the original healthy people, but a few people can be secondary to drug poisoning or infection. Some cases have autoimmune diseases. Occasionally with pregnancy, postpartum, or cancer.
