铁粒幼细胞性贫血为少见的一种类型贫血,易被忽略或误诊.我院曾遇一例,先后二次住院方确诊.为吸取教训,特报告如下: 徐××,男性,50岁,汉族.自1981年6月开始头晕乏力,活动后心悸气短,面色苍白,休息后有所好转.一月后头晕乏力加重住院.血红蛋白9.0克.经检查擬诊为慢性肝炎,“脾功能亢进”,曾服鲨肝醇,复合维生素B,静推维生素C及肌苷等,症状无改善.于1982年元月以“贫血待查”再次住院
