随着布病防治工作的深入,为了解我省布氏菌菌株的分布和特点,对多年来分离的113株布氏菌作了种的鉴定。这些菌株包括有:1954年以来由我省畜牧兽医部门从畜间分离的67株布氏菌;1958年以来由布防工作组在人间分离的41株布氏菌,以及在1978年和1981年由海西州地方病防治所从野生岩羊和黄羊中分离的5株布氏菌。并对其中的59株作了生物型的鉴定。鉴定用的对照菌株有羊种布氏菌16M、牛种布氏菌544A 和猪种布氏菌1330S。鉴定试验选用国内外常用的布氏菌的种和生物型鉴定
With the in-depth prevention and treatment of brucellosis, in order to understand the distribution and characteristics of brucellosis strains in our province, 113 strains of brucellosis isolated over the years were identified. These strains include: 67 strains of brucellosis isolated from domestic animals by the Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of our province since 1954; 41 strains of brucella isolated in humans by the arm team since 1958; and, in 1978 and 1981, Hercynian endemic disease prevention and treatment of wild goat and yellow sheep isolated from 5 strains of brucellosis. 59 of them were biologically identified. The control strains used for identification were Brucella Brucella 16M, Brucella bovine 544A and Brucella 1330S.
