随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和逐步完善,军队企业融资活动日益频繁,如不及早研究规范企业融资行为,势必影响军队企业融资活动的健康发展。文章在强调了建立军队企业融资学必要性的基础上,对军队企业融资学的研究对象、军队企业融资活动的特点、军队企业融资学的研究方法等理论问题作了初步分析。
With the establishment and gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system, the financing activities of the military enterprises are increasingly frequent. Failure to study and regulate the financing activities of the enterprises as early as possible will inevitably affect the healthy development of the financing activities of the military enterprises. On the basis of emphasizing the necessity of establishing the financing of military enterprises, the article makes a preliminary analysis of the theoretical problems of the research objects of the financing of the military enterprises, the characteristics of the financing activities of the military enterprises and the research methods of the financing of the military enterprises.
