随着社会经济的不断发展,煤矿经济面临新的发展环境。煤矿企业政工干部是提升企业思想工作水平的重要力量,借助其功能,维护煤矿企业与职工的和谐稳定关系,为企业可持续发展营造优质的环境。为此,要重视煤矿企业政工干部素质修养的提升,增强自身能力,善于积累经验,重视创新,促使自身建设不断完善。本文立足市场经济发展背景,全面探讨了煤矿企业政工干部素质提升的相关问题。
With the continuous development of social economy, the coal mine economy is facing a new development environment. Cadres in coal mines are an important force that enhances the ideological level of enterprises and, by virtue of their functions, maintains a harmonious and stable relationship between coal mines and their employees and creates a quality environment for the sustainable development of enterprises. To this end, we must attach importance to upgrading the quality of political cadres in coal mining enterprises, enhance their own abilities, be good at accumulating experience, attaching importance to innovation, and constantly improving their own construction.
