本文介绍的简易双CPU多功能数据采集处理系统,成本低廉,操作简单,使用方便,可用于卷烟厂、酒厂、药厂等生产部门的实时数据采集处理。由于实时处理对时间节拍要求很严,编程宜用汇编语言,通用机的高级语言作用发挥不大。且通用型微机多数是一个CPU工作,当工作过程中需要人机对话或打印时,由于人机对话或打印的时间较长,使实时收集处理遇到困难。同时,通用机键盘复杂,操作人员要经培训才能掌握;而专用机可根据需要设置功能键,操作方便。为此,本系统中设计了专用微机,它使用两个Z80ACPU,其特点是:(1)采用双CPU,第一个CPU着重采集,第二个CPU着重处理,以完成较为复杂、速度较高的采集处理任务;(2)可同时接收128个外设的随机开关信号;(3)要变换收集处理方式时,一般只需变更软件;(4)可完成某些管理工作,如打印统计报表,转存不同班次的产量及各种数据等;(5)用一节4.5V的干电池,使断电后能较长时间保存数据。
