目的分析高脂饮食对兔的肝脏超声图像及肝脏功能的影响并采用计算机辅助诊断系统予以量化。方法 100只新西兰大白兔,随机分为对照组和九个模型组,每组10只。对照组用普通饲料和水喂养90 d。模型组用高脂饲料和水,分别喂养10 d、20 d、30 d、40 d、50 d、60 d、70 d、80 d、90 d,各组喂养结束时,超声采集肝脏和肾脏声像图。利用Sonic0.1计算机辅助诊断系统分析图像。然后采用空气栓塞处死,检测生化指标。结果与对照组相比,模型组兔肝脏声像图及生化指标随着喂养时间延长,损害逐渐加重。结论高脂饮食对肝脏损害严重。因此超声不仅可做为检测脂肪肝的首选的、敏感的检测方法,而且有望在Sonic0.1计算机辅助诊断系统的帮助下,对脂肪肝超声诊断提供客观实用的量化诊断体系。
Objective To analyze the effect of high-fat diet on liver ultrasound image and liver function in rabbits and quantify by computer aided diagnosis system. Methods One hundred New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into control group and nine model groups, 10 in each. The control group was fed with normal diet and water for 90 days. The model group was fed with high-fat diet and water for 10 d, 20 d, 30 d, 40 d, 50 d, 60 d, 70 d, 80 d and 90 d, respectively. At the end of feeding, Like the picture. Analyze images using Sonic 0.1 computer-aided diagnostic system. Then use air embolism to death, biochemical indicators. Results Compared with the control group, the model group of rabbit liver ultrasound and biochemical indicators with the extension of feeding time, the damage gradually aggravated. Conclusion High-fat diet has serious liver damage. Therefore, ultrasound is not only the first choice for sensitive detection of fatty liver, but also is expected to provide an objective and practical quantitative diagnostic system for the diagnosis of fatty liver with the help of Sonic 0.1 computer-aided diagnosis system.
