目的观察“参芪止血胶囊”对雌性大鼠脏器组织学及对子宫内皮素(ET)表达的影响,探讨其止血机制。方法以雌性SD大鼠为研究对象,随机分成空白组、参芪止血胶囊低、中、高剂量组。比较各组间主要脏器湿重指数、组织学差异及内皮素在子宫的表达情况。结果主要脏器湿重指数与空白组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);主要脏器肉眼观察及光镜下组织学检查未见异常;药物组子宫组织ET阳性表达高于空白对照组(P<0.05)。结论该药能够促进子宫局部ET含量增加,有止血作用,无明显毒副作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi Zhixue Capsule on the organ histology and the expression of endothelin (ET) in female rats, and to explore the mechanism of hemostasis. Methods Female SD rats were randomly divided into blank group and Shenqi Zhixue capsule low, middle and high dose groups. The wet weight index, histological differences, and endothelin expression in the uterus were compared between the groups. Results There was no significant difference in the main organ wet weight index and the blank group (P>0.05). No gross abnormalities were observed in the major organs and histological examination under the light microscope. The positive expression of ET in the uterine tissue of the drug group was higher than that of the blank control group. Group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The drug can promote the increase of ET content in the uterus, has hemostatic effect, and has no obvious toxic or side effects.
