In this paper, chromosomal aberration as an indicator to test the anti-release effect of oral administration of 3-cyclopentyl ether estradiol (CE_2) 24h. Twenty-one normal subjects took their medicine for 24 hours, and the experiment of irradiation of their blood in vitro showed that the medicine still had some protection to the blood system after taking medicine for 24h. Observations on 20 radiotherapy patients showed that diclofenac (5.2%) in the medication group was significantly lower than in the control group (18.3%). According to the dic output, the average dose of systemic blood in the control group was estimated to be 1.55 Gy, while the CE 2 group only received 0.75 Gy. Therefore, under the experimental conditions, CE_2 has a protective effect of reducing biological effects of 0.8Gy. The results of the article made a brief discussion.
