抗氧化剂、微量元素和某些植物性食物对肿瘤的预防已有报道.本文在筛选植物性食物防癌中发现,葵花子仁有良好防癌作用.实验分癌变组,预防组A、B、C和D,各组均按Farber法以二乙基亚硝胺(NDEA)和2-AAF诱发大鼠肝癌前结节.在诱癌前4d, 预防A组每只动物加葵花子仁5~6g/d,B组在饮水中加入亚硒酸钠4μg/L(自由饮用),C组饲料中加维生素C(0.5%),D组为综合预防(即饲料中有葵花子仁.维生素C及含硒自来水).诱癌后分别饲养6周,检测指标为癌变标记物r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT)及其同功酶谱,部分结果见附表,
