“肾是先天之本,脾为后天之本”,这是祖国医学的基本论点。肾气、脾气的虚衰是直接促进衰老的主要因素。为此我们用氢化考的松来模拟实验动物的“阳虚”症状,测定与衰老相关的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)及过氧化脂质(LPO)的含量变化,研究虚症与衰老的关系。

The deficiency of kidney qi and temper is the main factor directly promoting aging. To this end, we used hydrocortisone to simulate the symptoms of “yang deficiency” in experimental animals and to determine the superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), and monoamine oxidase (MAO) associated with aging. -B) and Lipid Peroxide (LPO) content changes, study the relationship between deficiency and aging.
