8月11日,在中华全国总工会表彰职工读书自学先进个人和先进集体的大会上,226名读书自学活动积极分子,133名自学成才者,120个单位受到表彰。他们的经验集中到一点,就是为振兴中华、提高工人阶级素质而自觉读书。受表彰的先进集体,有读书活动起步最早的上海市总工会。他们的特点是以思想政治教育作为读书活动的主旋律,以搞活基层作为工作着力点,坚持发挥群众性的特点和自我教育的优势,在广大职工中广泛开展“知我中华、爱我中华、兴我中华”主题教育;在读书积极分子和理论骨干中组织学习马克思主义哲学,坚持多学科,多层次的方针,推进岗位读书,岗位成才,开展辅导交流活动,活跃群众性读书气氛,从而使读书活动搞得生机勃勃。
On August 11, at the General Assembly to Commend the All-China Federation of Trade Unions for Commencement of Self-study Advanced Individuals and Advanced Collectives of Employees, 226 self-learning activists, 133 self-taught individuals and 120 units were honored. The focus of their experience is to study for the sake of rejuvenating China and improving the quality of the working class. The commended advanced collectives have the earliest Shanghai General Trade Union which started the book reading activities. Their characteristics are based on ideological and political education as the main theme of reading activities, invigorating the grass-roots work as a focal point, insisting on giving play to the characteristics of the mass and the advantages of self-education, and extensively carrying out the policy of “knowing China, loving China, I am the Chinese ”thematic education; in the study of activists and theoretical backbone of the organization of Marxist philosophy, adhere to multidisciplinary, multi-level approach to promoting post reading, post talent, counseling exchange activities, lively mass reading atmosphere, so that reading Activity is full of vitality.
