在广南县八宝镇这个边疆少数民族地区,社会秩序井然,民风淳朴,团结友爱,尊老爱幼。在那里,壮民世代口头传唱着祈祷辞,祈祷辞传诵至今,已经不是单纯的仪式,在时代的传承过程中,他们教化自己的民众,凝聚人心,鼓舞士气,让他们坚强面对一切自然灾害和历史变迁。由于受共同文化的熏陶,壮民取用相同的价值判断和道德观,这样壮族社会内部的人际关系显得融洽,各种矛盾得到缓解,祈祷辞很大程度上体现出凝聚、规范和激励等作用。
