正义是人类社会的核心价值和理想追求。“正义”一词在当前和谐社会下一直是必须深入研究的话题。从理论研究看,近年来正义问题一直是国内学术研究的热点,各个学科都十分重视对正义的研究与探索。从现实生活角度看,近年来我国的关注重点发生了明显的变化,从比较单纯的经济发展转变为和谐社会的建立,从强调效率转变为强调公平和正义。要建立和谐社会,就必须实现社会正义;要实现社会正义,关键在于解决分配正义的问题。
Justice is the core value and ideal pursuit of human society. The term “justice” has always been a subject that must be studied in depth in the current harmonious society. From a theoretical perspective, in recent years, the issue of justice has always been a hot topic in academic research in China. All disciplines attach great importance to the research and exploration of justice. From a real life perspective, the focus of our country has undergone obvious changes in recent years. From relatively simple economic development to the establishment of a harmonious society, we have shifted from emphasizing efficiency to emphasizing fairness and justice. To establish a harmonious society, we must achieve social justice; to achieve social justice, the key lies in the issue of the distribution of justice.
