我国众多高校都开设有法学专业,农业高校的法学专业相对处于弱势。社会对法律服务多元化的需要,单纯的法学知识已很难满足复合型人才的培养目标,这就要求法学人才培养进行本门学科的专深教育,也需要与其他学科共同进行复合与交叉的培养。农业高校的自然学科正是其法学教育得以依托的优势资源,并为其法学教育创新发展提供了有利的契机。
Many colleges and universities in our country have set up law major, and the law major of agricultural university is relatively disadvantaged. Social needs of legal services diversification, a simple knowledge of law has been difficult to meet the training objectives of compound talents, which requires legal professionals to train students in this subject-based education, but also with other disciplines need to be combined and cross-cutting to cultivate. The natural sciences of agricultural colleges and universities are just the superior resources that their legal education can rely on and provide a favorable opportunity for the innovation and development of their legal education.
