目的分析早期糖尿病肾病胱抑素C(Cys-c)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和D-二聚体(DD)的变化,探讨其在早期糖尿病肾病诊断与治疗中的价值。方法按照Mogensen的DN分型标准对SDM组、EDN组、CDN组和对照组24h尿白蛋白排泄率(urinary albumin excretion rate,UAER)、Cys-C、IgG、DD进行对照,并作相关性分析。结果EDN组和CDN组的Cys-c、IgG和DD与SDM组和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),EDN组和CDN组的Cys-c、IgG和DD比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cys-c、IgG和DD与UAER的相关系数分别为0.773、0.549和0.385。结论Cys-C、IgG、DD均可作为早期糖尿病肾病的检测指标,以Cys-C的相关性最优。
Objective To analyze the changes of cystatin C (Cys-c), immunoglobulin G (IgG) and D-dimer (DD) in early diabetic nephropathy and explore its value in the diagnosis and treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 24h urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER), Cys-C, IgG and DD of SDM group, EDN group, CDN group and control group were compared according to Mogensen’s DN classification criteria and the correlation was analyzed . Results There was significant difference in Cys-c, IgG and DD between EDN group and CDN group and SDM group and control group (P <0.05). The difference of Cys-c, IgG and DD between EDN group and CDN group was significant Statistical significance (P <0.05). Correlation coefficients of Cys-c, IgG and DD with UAER were 0.773, 0.549 and 0.385, respectively. Conclusion Cys-C, IgG, DD can be used as indicators of early diabetic nephropathy, Cys-C correlation is optimal.
