我省80年代中期开始,把软科学研究工作纳入科研计划,在软科学队伍建设、成果奖励等方面做了大量工作,并取得显著成效,为软科学技术发展打下良好的基础。但是随着经济、社会和信息化进展迅猛,软科学技术和咨询工作已见滞后。要进一步转变观念,研究问题,提出对策,加快决策科学化、民主化的进程,推动“两个根本性”转变。 一、转变观念,提高咨询意识,加强软科学技术和咨询工作。 我省经济、社会迅速发展令人振奋,然而我们要清楚地看到,面临激烈
Since the mid-1980s in our province, the research work on soft sciences has been incorporated into scientific research projects. A great deal of work has been done on the building of contingent of soft sciences and achievement rewards, and remarkable achievements have been made, laying a good foundation for the development of soft science and technology. However, with the rapid economic, social and information advancement, soft science and technology and consulting work have lagged behind. We must further change our concepts, study problems and propose countermeasures so as to speed up the process of making decisions more scientific and democratized and promote the “two fundamental” changes.
