目的 :观察排钱草对四氯化碳 (CCL4 )致肝纤维化大鼠肝脏胶原蛋白含量的影响。方法 :通过灌胃(ig)给药相当于原生药 5g/kg体重和 3g/kg体重 (下同 )的排钱草水提物和醇提物。结果 :连续给药 8周后各治疗组肝脏胶原蛋白含量明显低于模型组 (分别P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 0 1) ,肝脏病理组织检查亦显示各治疗组肝细胞变性坏死及肝纤维化程度较模型组轻 ,而各治疗组之间以及与阳性组、空白组之间的差异并不明显。结论 :排钱草具有抗肝纤维化作用 ,其机理可能与其能保护肝细胞免受损伤破坏 ,从而间接减少肝内胶原纤维形成有关。
Objective : To observe the effect of Paeonia lactiflora on hepatic collagen content in rat liver fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCL4). Methods : Aqueous extracts and alcohol extracts of the detoxification herb equivalent to 5g/kg body weight and 3g/kg body weight (the same below) were administered by gavage (ig). RESULTS: After 8 weeks of continuous administration, liver collagen content was significantly lower in the treatment groups than in the model group (P <0.05, P <0.01, or P <0.01, respectively). Liver histopathological examination was also performed. The degeneration, necrosis and hepatic fibrosis in the treatment groups were lighter than those in the model group. The differences between the treatment groups and the positive and blank groups were not significant. Conclusion: The decoction has anti-fibrotic effect and its mechanism may be related to its ability to protect liver cells from damage and destruction, which indirectly reduces the formation of intrahepatic collagen fibers.
