“采和 I号”是纯中药制剂 ,已有人用于治疗烫伤 ,为实验验证其疗效 ,以兔为对象 ,用沸水加热的银币 ,造成兔背部两侧皮肤深 度烫伤 (致伤 5s即可达到深 度烫伤 )后连续治疗 5d。停药后 2 d,3 5.7%痊愈 ,3 5.7%愈合 1 / 2以上 ,而对照组无一例愈合 1 / 2以上 ;停药 5、9、1 1 d,痊愈率分别为 50 %、78.57% ,和 1 0 0 % ,其创面平均愈合时间为 1 1 .3 6d,与对照组有明显差异。结果提示 ,“采和 I号”对烫伤确有较好的治疗效果。
