介绍了一种滑油磨粒测量与分析系统(DMAS).该系统运用计算机图象处理技术,对机械设备滑油中磨粒显微形态进行测量与分析,并给出设备当前磨损状态的铁谱报表和诊断结论。监测实例表明,该系统显著地提高了机械设备磨损状态监测与故障诊断的准确性和自动化水平,具有较高的推广应用价值。
An oil abrasive particle measurement and analysis system (DMAS) is introduced. The system uses computer image processing technology to measure and analyze the microscopic morphology of the abrasive grains in the lubricating oil of machinery and equipment, and gives the iron spectrum report and diagnosis conclusion of the current worn state of the equipment. The monitoring examples show that the system significantly improves the accuracy and automation of mechanical equipment wear status monitoring and fault diagnosis, and has a high popularization and application value.
