大型回旋式烘窑的自适应控制是一项新颖而困难的课题,对节能有重大意义。本研究作为该过程自适应系统设计的部分工作而提出。 1.机理模型。为了用CADCS技术对干燥的动态过程作研究,作者推导出机理模型。其数学描述为具有分裂边界条件的四联立非线性双曲型PDE组。仿真结果证实了该数学模型相当精确。但它过于复杂,包含变量多,而与控制有关的变量隐含在方程中,又是非线性的,故很难直接用于控制系统和获得最优控制。
The adaptive control of large-scale rotary kiln is a new and difficult subject, which has great significance for energy saving. This study is presented as part of the process of adaptive system design. Mechanism model In order to use CADCS technology to study the dynamic process of drying, the author deduced the mechanism model. Its mathematical description is a quadrific nonlinear hyperbolic PDE group with split boundary conditions. The simulation results confirm that the mathematical model is quite accurate. However, it is too complicated to contain many variables, while the variables related to control are implicit in the equation and are non-linear, so it is difficult to directly use the control system and obtain the optimal control.
