我們机关1956年的文件的整理、归档工作,較前几年好得多,因为:一、在1956年3月間省委統一了文书描写横排及一定的规格;二、5、6月间省开办了文書、档案训練班,明确了作法;三、拟制了案卷类目。但是由于这是第一次用新方法整理文件,缺乏經驗,因此碰到不少問题,我們經过了一段时间的摸索,基本上把县委办公室所形成的1956年文件整理完畢。有以下一些体会: 1.主动、积極地搜集文件是立卷工作的关键之一,县委会办公室或县委会所形成的文件,一般在办理完畢后便“对号入座”放进卷夾内,但是地委以上的上級机关發来的机密、絕密文件,大多数分散
