1986年全国职工教育、成人教育工作会议以来,岗位职务培训已成为各级领导,经济和教育工作者关心的问题。一些地区、部门和企业进行了有益的探索,但总的看来,这项工作刚刚起步,对许多问题的理解和认识尚不尽一致,开展工作的思路还不够明确。为此全国职工教育管理委员会、国家经委等单位于1987年3月1-15日,在天津市举办企业岗位职务培训研讨班。部分省、市、自治区和计划单列市教育、经济部门,职工教育研究会,工会教育部门,国务院部分部委,大中型企业职教部门负责人,共150人参加了研讨班。天津市还举办了320人的同步班。
