目的:探讨a-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病肾病的保护作用。方法:腹腔注射链脲佐菌素诱导糖尿病模型,并将大鼠分成非糖尿病组(NC),糖尿病组(DM),硫辛酸治疗组(DM+ALA),每组7只。12周后检测血糖、血脂、24小时尿蛋白定量水平,同时取大鼠肾脏,测定组织匀浆中氧化应激指标。结果:12周后,DM+ALA组较DM组的血糖、血脂水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),24小时尿蛋白定量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DM组比NC组的MDA增加,GSH、SOD减少;DM+ALA比DM组MDA减少,GSH、SOD增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);24小时尿蛋白定量与GSH、SOD水平负相关,与MDA水平正相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:a-硫辛酸能改善2型糖尿病大鼠体内的氧化应激状态,延缓糖尿病肾病进展。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of a-lipoic acid on type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Diabetic rats were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). The rats were divided into non-diabetic group (DM) and diabetes mellitus (DM) and lipoic acid treatment group (DM + ALA). After 12 weeks, blood glucose, blood lipids and 24-hour urine protein level were measured. At the same time, the kidneys of rats were taken out and the indicators of oxidative stress in the tissue homogenate were determined. Results: After 12 weeks, there was no significant difference in blood glucose and blood lipid between DM + ALA group and DM group (P> 0.05), and the difference of 24-hour urine protein was statistically significant (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The 24-hour urinary protein excretion was negatively correlated with the level of GSH and SOD and the level of MDA and GSH and SOD in DM group was lower than that in DM group The level of positive correlation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Alpha lipoic acid can improve the oxidative stress status of type 2 diabetic rats and delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
