我们所谓的解决收入分配差距问题,并不是也不可能完全消除差异,而是要对差异程度进行必要的、合理的调控。同时,这种调控又是个循序渐进,通过健全制度的方式逐步缩小差异的过程,既要防止两极分化,引发各种社会矛盾,又要避免挫伤劳动者积极性,影响经济持续健康的发展。这是我们寻求解决居民收入分配差距过大问题的办法中所应遵循的原则。可以选择的对策思路有以下几个方面。
