档案馆是收集和永久保管党和国家档案的基地,是社会各个方面研究和利用档案的中心。档案馆开展档案史料的编研工作,是进一步做好利用工作,开创档案馆工作新局面的一个重要方面。一年多来,我们在完成档案馆“恢复、整顿”工作的同时,紧紧围绕党的中心工作,先后编写了《中国共产党淮滨县历次代表大会概况》、《淮滨县历届人民代表大会概况》等十几种编研资料,为我县党政领导工作和各项建设事业,及时地提供了大量的档案材料,得到了党政领导和有关单位的好评,有力地推动了县档案馆工作的开展。实践使我们尝到了抓编研工作的甜头,看到了编研工作在提高档案馆的威望,加强档案馆基础工作,增强档案干部素
