本文研究我院1982年9月至1988年5月经CT扫描及手术治疗的227例颅内肿瘤的瘤周水肿与肿瘤性质,手术中所见的一些特点,临床症状与体征之间的关系。病人临床症状与体征的轻重不仅取决于肿瘤性质、大小、部位,而且与瘤周水肿有十分密切的关系,手术中观察到的硬膜张力增加。脑沟回变平、脑表面皮质色苍白或淡,不仅取决于颅内肿瘤的大小,更取决于瘤周水肿程度。
This study was conducted to investigate the peritumoral edema and tumor properties of 227 cases of intracranial tumors treated with CT scan and surgical treatment from September 1982 to May 1988 in our hospital. The characteristics of the peritumoral tumors and the relationship between clinical symptoms and signs were observed. The severity of the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs depends not only on the nature, size, and location of the tumor, but also on the peritumoral edema. The tension in the dura mater observed during surgery is increased. The sulcus is flattened and the cortical surface of the brain is pale or pale. It depends not only on the size of the intracranial tumor but also on the degree of peritumoral edema.
