课堂教学的发展需要不断完善,效果才会越来越好,这在客观上就要求教师能够看到课堂教学的问题所在,从而有的放矢地进行改进。然而,如何才能够更客观、科学地看待自己的教学呢?馆陶县实验小学在经过大量探索、研究实践、分析的基础上,提出了一系列有别于以往课堂观课、评课的标准和实施策略,极大促进了该校的课堂教学改革。
