1.前言中长跑是田径训练的重要项目,也是比较难训练的一个项目,其特点是动作单一、趣味性不强、运动强度和负荷大、训练持续时间长,队员易感到枯燥、单调。队员在训练过程中容易出现偷懒、速度感差、体力分配等方面的问题,训练成绩提高较慢。由于中长跑项目的特殊性,在面对初中学生进行训练时,就应该关注初中生的身心和发育特点,制定适合学生的训练计划,避免对学生的身心造成伤害。2.中长跑训练方法
