目的初步探索小康型乡镇卫生院药品配送模式。方法采用文献分析的方法了解现今乡镇卫生院主要的药品配送模式,通过定性访谈和专家咨询的方法收集有关小康型乡镇卫生院药品配送模式的意见。结果拟定了小康型乡镇卫生院药品配送模式的三种方案以及内部对接模式。结论药品配送中心的选择是药品配送模式是否成功的重要环节;政府部门的参与是保证药品品质的关键;内部对接模式的运行是保证药品供应的基础。
Objective To explore the mode of distribution of medicines in well-to-do township hospitals. Methods The methods of literature analysis were used to understand the main modes of drug delivery in township hospitals. Qualitative interviews and expert consultation were conducted to collect opinions on the mode of drug distribution in well-to-do township hospitals. Results We developed three plans for the mode of distribution of medicines in well-to-do township hospitals and the mode of internal docking. Conclusion The choice of drug delivery center is an important part of the success of drug delivery model. The participation of government departments is the key to ensure the quality of medicines. The operation of internal docking mode is the basis of drug supply.
