目的探讨有效、可推广并适合我国经济较为发达的小康型农村地区的居民健康体检组织管理模式。方法通过文献分析、定性访谈、小组讨论、专家咨询等多种方法,评估小康型农村地区居民体检需求、收集相关部门关于居民体检存在的问题和建议,制定确实可行的居民体检组织管理模式。结果提出了小康型乡镇卫生院居民健康体检的组织运行网络、健康教育的方式和体检工作的考核体系。结论为使小康型农村地区居民健康体检的长期开展,需建立政府领导、部门合作、社会动员、群众参与的工作机制,同时应建立相应的考核指标。
Objective To explore the management model of residents’ healthy physical examination that is effective, can be popularized and suitable for well-to-do rural areas with more developed economy in our country. Methods Through various methods such as literature analysis, qualitative interview, group discussion and expert consultation, we evaluated the needs of residents in well-off rural areas and collected the problems and suggestions on the physical examination of residents in related departments, and established the feasible and practical management pattern of residents’ physical examination. Results The health examination network of residents in well-to-do township health centers, the way of health education and the evaluation system of medical examination were put forward. Conclusion In order to promote the long-term health examination of residents living in well-to-do rural areas, a working mechanism of government leadership, departmental cooperation, social mobilization and mass participation should be established. At the same time, corresponding assessment indicators should be established.
