本文讨论了在疲劳寿命估计的局部应力-应变法中使用的三条曲线,即应变-寿命曲线、循环应力-应变曲线和循环应力-应变滞后环曲线。为了改进有关计算方法,用最小二乘法对这三条曲线进行了拟合,得出了以应变为参数的表达式。 本文还介绍了“峰值暂存法”,并给出了以它为核心的估算疲劳裂纹形成寿命的FORTRAN Ⅳ程序。计算的结果和试验数据相符很好。 最后,用本文提出的程序对7C-3型农用挂车后轴在垂直载荷下的疲劳寿命进行了预测。其结果与实验结果符合较好。
This paper discusses three curves used in the local stress-strain method of fatigue life estimation, namely strain-life curve, cyclic stress-strain curve and cyclic stress-strain hysteresis loop. In order to improve the calculation method, the three curves are fitted by the least square method, and the expression of strain is taken as the parameter. This paper also introduced the “peak temporary storage method” and gave it as the core FORTRAN Ⅳ program to estimate the fatigue life of fatigue crack. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data. Finally, the fatigue life of the rear axle of 7C-3 agricultural trailer under vertical load was predicted by the procedure presented in this paper. The results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
