1990年8月3日,是东北输油管道建设20周年。回顾建设初期的情景,我深感有三个突出的特点,值得记载,以志纪念。
August 3, 1990, is the 20th anniversary of the oil pipeline construction in Northeast China. Looking back at the early stages of construction, I feel deeply that there are three salient features that deserve to be recorded in order to commemorate the occasion.
