研究了收获后的短期低温处理(2℃下,20小时)对三种蘑菇保持鲜度的效果,结果如下: (1)对榎草菇、蘑菇和香菇进行上述处理,在20℃下,其保鲜时间均延长。(2)处理效果以香菇为最显著,榎草蘑较小,蘑菇介于两者之间。
The effects of short-term low temperature treatment (20 hours at 2 ℃) on the freshness of three kinds of mushrooms after harvest were studied.
