时至今日,虽然中央房地产调控政策力度未减,调控效果也逐步显现,但是高房价之痛仍然没有走远。特别是对中低收入住房困难家庭而言,保障房成为安居梦想的希望所在。党的十七大明确提出,努力使全体人民住有所居。“十二五”规划纲要确定了实施城镇保障性安居工程的约束性指标。从科学制定建设规划到合理确定保障性住房的范围、方式和标准;从加大公共财政支持力度到充分发挥市场机制作用,建立可持续的资金投入机制;从建立健全分配和运营监管机制,到逐步纳入规范化法制化轨道,确保公平公正透明!!保障房建设正让越来越多的百姓受益。
