在毛主席革命路线指引下,群众性科学实验蓬勃发展,定县叮咛店区杨村公社西杨村大队广大贫下中农在县、区、社的领导下,开展了“杨村谷”种植技术的科学实验。他们坚持领导、群众、技术人员三结合,坚持试验、示范、推广三步走,采取良种良法一齐上,经过八年的反复实践,创造了“杨村谷”沟播高密度的增产经验,为我省夺取水地夏谷的高产稳产闯出一条路子,并在谷子高产理论上有所发展。现将我们调查的有关情况综合整理如下:
