1949年12月9日,国民党当局一批政府官员——“行政院”院长阎锡山、“政务委员”陈立夫等人从成都新津机场逃离大陆,逃往台湾。途中,陈立夫因为阎锡山携带大量金条,造成飞机超载、机上人员性命堪忧而与阎锡山发生激烈冲突,要求阎锡山舍小求大,将金条卸下一部分。阎锡山却只把卫士留下几个,拒不卸下金银财宝。到台湾后,陈立刻在蒋介石面前告了阎一状,蒋介石听了陈的小报告,对阎产生了不信任……
On December 9, 1949, a group of government officials from the Kuomintang authorities, including Yan Xishan, dean of the Executive Yuan, and Chen Lifu, members of the “Administrative Committee”, fled the mainland from Chengdu Xinjin Airport and fled to Taiwan.
