本文通过对保定市农村小学体育师资弱化的原因进行分析研究,提出相应的解决对策。包括短期对策与长期建议,短期对策是从保定市实际情况出发提出对农村小学体育支教、帮扶制度的具体设想;对如何发挥大专院校在保定市农村小学体育师资优化中的作用提出具体设想。长期建议是加快城乡一体化建设,消除城乡差别,农村体育师资弱化便不再成为问题。
In this paper, Baoding primary school PE teachers in rural areas weakened the reasons for analysis and research, put forward corresponding solutions. Including short-term countermeasure and long-term suggestion. The short-term countermeasure is to put forward the concrete idea of supporting education and support system of PE in rural primary schools from the actual situation in Baoding city. It also puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to give play to the role of colleges and universities in the PE teachers in rural primary schools in Baoding . Long-term recommendations are to speed up the integration of urban and rural areas, eliminate the differences between urban and rural areas, rural PE teachers will no longer be a problem weakened.
