扶正祛邪Ⅱ号方临床用以治疗乙型肝炎表面抗原有扶正培本等作用。为了保证临床用药安全,我们已经做了急性毒性和亚急性毒性实验。本文根据新药审批办法规定做了慢性毒性实验。现将结果报告如下: 材料和方法实验用药由河南省淅川县制药厂提供,将药物研磨成细粉,使用时把药粉与少量猪肉馅拌匀喂饲。
The Fuzheng Decoction No. II side clinically used for the treatment of hepatitis B surface antigens has the effect of assisting the right hand. This article has done a chronic toxicity experiment according to the provisions of the new drug approval method. The results are reported as follows: Materials and Methods The experimental drug was provided by the pharmaceutical factory in Luanchuan County, Henan Province. The drug was ground to a fine powder and the powder was mixed with a small amount of pork filling.
