冠心灵对冠状动脉狭窄致心肌供血不足具有良好的效果。实验研究对急性心肌缺血有预防和治疗及降血脂作用。本实验观察冠心灵对心肌营养性血流量的影响。因而,采用~(86)Rb观察小鼠心肌缺血状态下冠心灵对其营养性血流量的影响,并对作用机制进行探讨。
Coronary heart has a good effect on myocardial insufficiency caused by coronary artery stenosis. Experimental studies have shown that prevention and treatment of acute myocardial ischemia and lipid-lowering effects. This experiment was conducted to observe the effect of crown mind on myocardial nutrient blood flow. Therefore, the effect of coronary nucleus on nutritional blood flow in mice was observed with ~(86)Rb and the mechanism of action was discussed.
