通过断口分析 ,扫描电镜观察 ,服役前后试样的透射电镜比较和残余奥氏体测定 ,对经复合强韧化处理的 9SiCr制钉模进行了失效分析。结果表明 :断裂失效属回火脆 ,服役时应力诱发残余奥氏体AR转变为M加剧了这种脆性。
The fracture analysis, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and residual austenite measurements before and after service, failure analysis of the 9SiCr nails die made of composite toughening treatment. The results show that the fracture failure is temper brittleness, and the stress-induced residual austenite AR transformation into M during service aggravates the brittleness.
