建设既发电又供热的热电站,不仅热效率高,节约燃料,还可大大减少环境污染,提高供热质量,减轻分散锅炉房工人的笨重劳动。这些事实已被国内外大量的工程实践所证实。早在建国初期,我国就兴建了一批大型区域热电站。经过30多年的不断发展,到目前为止,全国供热机组容量占火电机组容量的11%左右。年供热量达7944万百万大卡,年节约标煤500多万吨。估算每供百万 大卡热量节约标煤70公斤左右。
The construction of thermal power stations that both generate electricity and heat, not only has high thermal efficiency, saves fuel, but also significantly reduces environmental pollution, improves the quality of heating, and reduces the heavy labor of decentralized boiler house workers. These facts have been confirmed by a large number of engineering practices at home and abroad. As early as the founding of the People’s Republic of China, a large number of large-scale regional thermal power plants were built in China. After more than 30 years of continuous development, the capacity of the national heating units has so far accounted for about 11% of the capacity of thermal power units. The annual heat supply amounted to 79.44 million kcal, saving over 5 million tons of standard coal annually. Estimated for each million kcal calories saved about 70 kg of standard coal.
